format used as inputs to the HAF, ISPM and STOA solar wind models. Please

Do not leave out a parameter unless it is at the end of the required inputs.
Use XXX if parameter is missing.

VSW BAckground solar wind speed [km/s] (ISPM/STOA: required; HAF: Not used)
SIGMA Area extent of event source [deg] (HAF: If present, will replace value
computed internally)
XMAX HHMM format Event max time (HAF: required if TAU is missing)
XEND HHMM format Event end time (HAF: required if TAU is missing)
OPT Optical flare Importance, Brilliance (HAF: required if VS missing)
XRAY X-ray event class and flux (e.g., X17)
STN Station ID of source of optical data. Character (e.g., BOU) or numeric (e.g., 31777)
